Child Welfare and Mentoring
Child Welfare and Mentoring. Sometimes kids need a helping hand or a pat on the back, whether they’re facing academic struggles or just having difficulty transitioning through a stage of life. The PTA supports Flint Hill’s Mentoring program to match kids with mentors from the school and community to help build positive relationships that help kids meet their challenges. The PTA provides financial support to Flint Hill’s Child Welfare program, which makes it possible for families in need to enroll their students in enrichment programs. If you think your child would benefit from Child Welfare and Mentoring, contact Flint Hill’s Guidance Counselor Sandy Andrews at 703-242-6100 or sandy.andrews@fcps.edu.
